How to Enter

  1. Purchase any Face for Men Natural Skincare product from Chemist Warehouse between 1 December – 30 December 2016
  2. Visit FaceforMen.com.au
  3. Complete the entry form
  4. Complete the competition question – “In 25 words or less tell us why you love your Face for Men Natural Skincare?
  5. Fueille Pty Ltd will judge the prize-winner.

 Conditions of Entry

  1. Entrants must go to landing page to enter.
  2. Entrant must have purchased one of the following products within the last 30 days -  Face for Men Natural Face Wash, Face for Men Natural Moisturiser, Face for Men Natural Moisturiser Sensitive.
  3. Entrants must have purchased their product from Chemist Warehouse online at http://www.chemistwarehouse.com.au/?gclid=CJblrqHJrtACFVgmvQod-YMG3w or at a Chemist Warehouse retail store, addresses listed here http://www.chemistwarehouse.com.au/aboutus/store-locator.
  4. Entrants must include their full legal name, address, post code, age and email address
  5. Entrants must include product barcode.
  6. Entrants must complete the question “In 25 words of less tell us why you love your Face for Men Natural Skincare? “
  7. Entries can only be accepted from Australian residents and must be over the age of 18 years.
  8. Employees and immediate family of Chemist Warehouse Pty Ltd or Fueille Pty Ltd are not eligible to enter. 

 Dates

  1. Entries for the competition start at 12.00pm AEST Thursday 1 December 2016 and conclude at 05.00pm AEST Friday 30 December 2016.
  2. Fueille Pty Ltd will select and announce the winner by 05.00pm AEST Saturday 31 December 2016.

 Winner Selection

  1. Fueille Pty Ltd will select and announce the winner by 05.00pm AEST Saturday 31 December 2016.
  2. The location of the decision will be at 75 Therry St Avalon Beach NSW Australia.
  3. The winner will be notified by email.
  4. The winner’s details will be published on Faceformen.com.au by 05.00pm AEST Monday 3 January 2017.
  5. Prize will be shipped on 05.00pm AEST Monday 3 January, 2017.

 General

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who alter the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
  2. Should the prizes remain unclaimed or the winner remains un-contactable due to any misadventure for a period of 3 months from the original date of announcement the prize will be forfeited. Judges' decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into. (All dates refer to the 2016 calendar year)
  3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
  4. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
  5. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  6. Prizes, including any unused portions are non-transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash or kind. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize values.
  7. The promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the competition.
  8. By entering the competition, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the promoter may use this information or disclose it to other organisations that may use it in any media format for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.
  9. In regards to any written content or images provided by the entrant, the entrant warrants that they are the owner of the written content or images and that they are not subject to copyright or licence or any other such governance. The entrant further consents to its publication in accordance with the terms and conditions of this competition.
